Hello, I'm Saskia Bader (27) from Berlin. I'm a web developer with multiple years of experience in web agencies and I have a visual impairment since birth so I speak at developer and internet conferences to teach developers and website owners about web accessibility. I also run a technology blog on the side where I write about technology that can empower us to get more out of our everyday life and that will shape our future in some way.
Conference experience: I have spoken at re:publica 2017, EnterJS 2017 and JUG Saxony Day 2017. There are events planned already for this year like DevDay Düsseldorf 2018. My main topic is website accessibility but I also offer to speak about other topics like blogging, virtual reality and how to make the job market more accessible for people with disabilities.
Media Experience: I have given a live, in-studio radio interview for FluxFM and recorded ones for Radio Fritz, Deutschlandfunk, Energy Radio als well as small English radio station and some podcasts and websites.
