I am a Research officer at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission. In this role, I devise and lead research to inform policy making in the field of lifelong learning, operating at the intersection of research, policy and practice.
I lead the work on the European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp) and its take-up. In collaboration with international researchers, I compiled examples of use through EntreComp into Action (2018) and EntreComp at work (2020). I have has looked into its usefulness for informal learning sector through the Entrepreneurial Employee in the Public and Private Sector. What, Why, how (2020). I have also co-authored the EntreComp Playbook (2020), to support educators embed entrepreneurial learning practices in their portfolio.
Previously I worked as user experience designer in the food manufacturing industry, in aviation, dementia care and advertisement.
I have presented my work in numerous conferences, and participated in panel discussions on my topics of expertise.
