Ing. Mgr. Jana Brodani LL.M., MBA has been an Executive Director of the Czech Capital Market Association and a member of the Board of Directors of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), since 2009. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics, LL.M. at the University of London and a postgraduate program - MASTER Management et Administration des Entreprises (French equivalent MBA) at the French-Czech Management Institute (IFTG). She is a PhD student at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the University of Economics. She is an author of the Commentary on the Czech Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act and a number of professional publications. She initiated and participated on the preparation of the Strategy for the Capital Market Development in the Czech Republic approved by the Czech Government and regularly participates on the drafting of the Czech an EU capital market legislation. She regularly lectures at domestic and international conferences. She has long been devoted to the topics of investing of women, development of capital markets and financial literacy in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, and retirement savings.
