I’ve always known that I wanted to dedicate my professional life to the defence of what is just, to the protection of what is legitimate, and to the condemnation of what constitutes an abuse. These reasons prompted me to study Law and International Relations/Diplomacy. As a lawyer specialised in the international sphere, my expertise is the study and application of a ‘set of rules’ that, to a greater or lesser extend, link peoples together and serve as one of the most effective tools for achieving international peace and security. I work for the defence of Human Rights, the respect of humanitarian law, and the effective integration of a gender perspective that serves as a foundation for inclusiveness, diversity, and equality.
Due to the high visibility of my current job as Gender Advisor, I am expected to regularly participate in conferences, seminars and other activities both online and in person, which are recorded and/or shared through social media. These activities include, but are not limited to, workshops on Gender and Counterterrorism, annual conference for the International Women’s Day, conference on Women, Peace and Security, Seminar on Gender in Military Operations, participation and leader at NATO committee on gender perspectives’ annual conference etc.
