Caroline Wanjiru Kiunga is the Global Humanitarian Relief Director at UPS, leading high-impact humanitarian response projects in EMEAI, APAC, and LATAM. She manages strategic philanthropy, community partnerships, and corporate volunteerism, focusing on developing, implementing, and funding high-impact community involvement programs. Caroline oversees the UPS Foundation’s humanitarian response during crises in partnership with UNHCR, UNICEF, IFRC, WFP, and others.

With over a decade of experience in social impact, she drives initiatives that align with UPS's values, bringing shared value to its humanitarian partners. Passionate about SDGs, Caroline champions social change and drives social responsibility in sustainability, equitable health, humanitarian relief, education, and women’s economic empowerment.

She began her career in customer experience and transitioned to social impact by founding Still A Mum. Over eight years, Still A Mum became an internationally recognized nonprofit, receiving funding from Meta, acclaim from media outlets like BBC, and numerous awards. Caroline is a Facebook Community Leadership fellow, a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) fellow, and a McKinsey Black Management fellow.
