Dr. Vira Ratsiborynska holds a Ph.D. from the University of Strasbourg, France and Master’s degree in EU Studies from the College of Europe (Belgium) and a Master in Political and Social Studies from Sciences Po (France). Her professional experience includes working in support of such organizations as the European institutions and NATO entities. Her academic experiences include research projects in the areas of energy security, EU-NATO cooperation, hybrid threats, EU-NATO relations with the Eastern Partnership countries, Russia and Central Asia. As an academic and researcher, specializing in the Post-Soviet space and Eurasian defense and security matters, Vira had published over 20 articles in multiple international journals on several subjects of her expertise, mainly on Russia’s hybrid warfare, emerging security challenges and trends in Europe. Dr. Ratsiborynska speaks English, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and German.
I am routinely invited to participate and provide lectures on security related matters to high-level government institutions, NATO entities, universities and think tanks.
