Victoria Volossov is an EU official working for strong & effective climate policies within real world constraints.
In 2021/22, working on 'Fit for 55' policies at DG CLIMA (aviation decarbonisation). Previously I worked at the Council Secretariat (trade policy). Before then, from 2011, I held various roles in the UK civil service, including: international climate negotiations (including the Paris Agreement and Marrakech COP, and ICAO negotiations to offset international flight emissions); energy regulation, and head of EU trade policy and engagement.

Victoria highly values team work and has participated in or delivered more than 300 hour of management training (MBTI, DISC, Belbin, Drivers,...).
