I am a British-Jamaican strategist, analyst and facilitator committed to more inclusive, transformative and people-centred global politics. I've worked across the stakeholder divide for over 12 years, with NGOs, civil society networks, think tanks, and with the European Union External Action Service as a conflict prevention advisor.
I hold an MA in International Politics and Human Rights, and specialise in participatory context analysis, programme and policy design and political communication. In addition to English, I speak French, Italian and Flemish (with enthusiasm rather than precision) and a little Arabic from some time living in Jordan.
My consultancy, Peace Policy Research, applies insights from behavioural science, social movements, intersectional feminism, civic participation, political anthropology and design-thinking.
