Tathiana Flores Acuña, Ph.D., is a Costa Rican-Dutch International Lawyer. She started her careeer as a Judge at the Judiciary of Costa Rica in 1990 and has occupied senior positions at the International Criminal Court and the International Committee of the Red Cross, amongst others. Dr. Flores has worked as an adviser in the fields of International Humanitarian Law, Human Rights, Rule of Law, International Justice, Reparations, Gender and Transitional Justice.
