I am a strong believer in cross-sectoral approaches, more in particular the power of art and culture in addressing societal issues. Wether, leading on projects, advising on policies and strategies, developing workshops or moderating sessions, I always take care to facilitate collaborations amongst groups and sectors and stimulate a target group-focused participatory approach.
The rights of young people, diversity and inclusion and creative industries are the focus of my work, wether working in the Netherlands or abroad and wether working in high level advocacy processes or in grass roots community projects.
