I have started working as a journalist in 2006 till now. My news and feature articles are published in both Arabic and English, in different local, regional, and International media outlets; reporting on health and science, culture, life style, and women issues. My stories have been published in Al-Arabiya.net, Nature Middle East, Egypt Independent, Al-Ahram, SciDev.net, Scientific American and Common Ground News.
Worked as a consultant for some organizations in the field of gender issues, like Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Danish Egyptian Dialogue Institute, Danner, Lokk and KVINFO (Danish organizations). My work involved designing and implementing projects, conferences and workshops. I’ve also worked as a trainer and facilitator in relevant workshops. I have special interest and experience in ISLAMIC FEMINISM.
