Ms. Proskova is a graduate student of International Law coming from the Czech Republic. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of PragueVision Institute for Sustainable Security and PNND‘s Director of Gender in Peace and Security program. She is also a co-convener of the Abolition 2000 Youth Network.
In the most recent years of her work in the field, she has been involved in multiple projects and campaigns both on the international and domestic levels.
She was the head coordinator of the international Bertha von Suttner conference in Prague in October 2019.
Vanda is also involved in is the Move the Nuclear Weapons Money campaign. She was one of the main organizers of the Count the Nuclear Weapons Money action in New York in 2019, and has co-organized and chaired multiple other events, online webinars and projects on behalf of the campaign since.
Finally, Ms. Proskova has started working on the Gender, Peace and Security program and organized for example the Women's Appeal for Human Security, public health, peace and sustainable development which was signed by 250 women leaders from over 50 countries.

She was the main organizer of the Bertha von Suttner international conference in 2019. She represented the Move the Nuclear Weapons Money campaign at a press conference organized by the UN Correspondents Association for the United Nations Day (October 24), 2019. Finally, she was one of the two representatives of the global civil society selected by the President of the UN General Assembly to address the High Level Meeting to Commemorate and Promote the International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons.
