Heidi Custers has been working in digital since 2006, whether it was pioneering the digital marketing and reputation management offering of Africa's largest bank, incubating a software business, or working in management consulting with financial services businesses and telecommunications groups across the African continent; as long as it was digital, she was involved. 
After a recent move to Amsterdam, Heidi is now the Digital Transformation Director at Backbase; where she helps c-suite executives from blue chip banks navigate exponential disruption and digital transformation strategy. She was recently recognised by Aspioneer magazine as one of the top 10 disruptive women leaders in FinTech across the globe.
