Highly experienced development, human rights and gender programs manager. I have been commissioned to work on various evaluation and monitoring reports and follow-up periodicals. I am working on freelance base as a programme manager, resource mobilization consultant, media professional, writer and blogger at several international forums, organizations and institutes. I am fluent in Arabic, English, French, Slovak and Czech languages. I have been participating in multiple programs, as trainer, project manager, media consultant, editor and M&E expert, funded by USAID, EU, DFID and UNDEF. I have been working with consulting companies such as ERIS for electoral systems, Transtec Brussels and Global Consultants on evaluation and monitoring of short term media, human rights and democratization projects in Yemen, Libya, Oman, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and Sudan. My experiences go beyond MENA region, since I have been working for Open Society Foundation, under the Minority Integration's Programme in CEE region, specifically in Slovakia, Czech and Hungary. I designed more than 7 evaluation system, including platforms and templates/Logframes and monitoring tools. Now, I am engaged in consulting assignments with UNDP and UNFPA GCC and Global Integrity, undertaking the implementation of communication strategy, programme management, socio-political situation analysis and resource mobilization assignments for these agencies, ensuring sustainability of the agencies' community based programmes.
