I am based in Brussels since 1992. For many years I worked in leading positions managing international programs and projects in the Human and Civil Rights field involving up to 30 staff, mainly in the Balkans, Caucasus and Middle East. I have been dedicating my work since 2015 to a number of EU based public and non-governmental organisations as well as small enterprises in order to organise conferences, exhibitions and round-tables, help with management change, promote new approaches and techniques and overcome problems in the workforce. I am also active supporting organisations on an international level in networking, alliance building and towards the European institutions.
