Siska D’hoore is the Head of HR Management at the National Bank of Belgium, responsible for a team of 40 HR professionals, covering a range of HR activities from recruiting, employer branding, internal mobility, promotions, HR policies, Budgeting, talent & career management, training & development, leadership development and HR Business Partners. Her focus is to adapt the Bank to today’s challenges.
Prior to joining the Bank in 2018, she held various positions in the IT sector, first on the business side as consultant, project manager, business unit manager and Director Business Transformation, often involved in large scale outsourcing and organizational design projects, before moving to HR. She was over 6 years HR Director for West & Central Europe at Getronics, a worldwide IT player.
She has a large international experience in various sectors (finance, public sector, service industry) across different European countries and India.
She holds a Master in International Business Administration from Vlerick Management School and is a certified ProSci Change Manager.
