In the last 10 years she has worked with a mix of clients from Italian government to English charities and Humanitarian NGOs, managing national campaigns and projects to promote diversity and prevent discrimination in every form: racism, disability, LGBT rights, Roma and Sinti, Islamophobia and Hate Speech. Her recent job focuses on improving Disability policy in the employment sector following the Equality ACT 2010 and the UNCRPD.

Her recent research focuses on "Islamophobia and Media. Representations of Muslim Women in italian Media", in particular with a methodological approach of action research she targeted various aspects of media and journalism practices in relation to gender bias, stereotypes and prejudices.
