Rebecca Kairouz is the founder and CEO of Vilution, a management consultancy firm that helps SMEs in the UK and Europe to manage government agencies projects including field installation and training.

Before devoting her fulltime to Vilution, Rebecca served as Operations Director at an electronics manufacturer based in London and attended many security and defence events and exhibitions.

Rebecca's educational background includes Mathematics and Management Studies then BEng Electronics and Communication Engineering graduated with Professional Developments from Brunel University in the UK.

Rebecca enjoys travelling, has been to more than 28 countries on business and pleasure trips discovering local culture and great food.
