Ngoc is a queer feminist who has 4 years of experience in non-profit and women empowerment projects. Her core competencies vary from strategic project development to communications and advocacy. With a burning interest in gender equity, community engagement, and cultural development, her vision is to eliminate gender-based violence and build a resilient network of grassroots intersectional feminist activists in Vietnam.
