I like to solve problems. Throughout my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers or either to transform complex situations into simple solutions. Whether it’s finding the perfect words for a speech, collaborate to highlighting the stories behind different communities in Colombia, or writing a column for a newspaper, I’ve been able to quickly uncover problems with creative and practical solutions.
Passion, focus, intensity, curiosity, impatience (when necessary), and being fiercely loyal are characteristics that are an essential part of who I am. I like to go after challenges, but moreover, I enjoyed immersing myself in the topics that I either work or study. I am driven by business development, marketing, and public relations. And even though I studied politics, for my master thesis I decided to analyze feminism, marketing, and fashion. In the end, I concluded that political science and the fashion industry are not that distant.
I’ve spent the last couple of years in Scotland, Spain, Germany, and Nigeria. I’m Colombian by heart, but I found myself as a world citizen too.
