I am a psychologist working as a consultant and coach on digital wellbeing.
Born in northern Italy at the beginning of the '80s during my life I moved abroad several times: New Zealand, France, Hungary and Spain. I graduated in Clinical Psychology at University of Padua in 2008. Then I worked in community psychology and later in a digital startup as a CRM director.
In 2017 I founded Smart Break, project that helps companies and individuals in finding a balance with their tech usage.
In 2019 I published a book with a major Italian publisher, on the relationship humans have with smartphones.
I have been interviewed by major national tv, radio and newspaper in Italy on digital wellbeing. Some of them: Rai Uno, Rai Italia, Radio24, Radio 105, Radio Deejay, Radio Uno, Radio due, Il corriere della sera, Corriere Salute, La Repubblica, La stampa ecc.
I am a TEDx speaker and deliver speeches in corporates in Italy and not only.
