Marie-Caroline leads LAM LHA’s European activities, focusing on transport security regulatory strategy and border security matters. Prior to joining LAM LHA, Marie-Caroline was Assistant Director with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Brussels where she developed IATA’s position on EU legislation impacting the aviation sector, advocated on IATA member airlines’ behalf, and developed IATA security and travel facilitation strategies in Europe. Before IATA, Marie-Caroline held positions related to aviation and transport policy with EU trade associations and in the European Parliament. She holds masters degrees from both Sciences Po Paris (IEP) and the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. Marie-Caroline is also a certified IATA external Instructor, regularly leading IATA courses on Passenger Data Exchange Programs.
