Before joining the CCIA, worked for more than five years at Yahoo in Paris, ultimately as Legal Counsel handling marketing matters, advertisement regulations, law enforcement’s demands, and pre-litigation issues (i.e. notice and take down requests, copyright claims, etc.). During those five years, also supported the Yahoo European Public Policy team on French policy matters (e.g. taxation, surveillance and privacy).
Holds a Master degree in Business law from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (“Sciences Po Paris”), a Master degree in European Business Law from the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg and a LLM degree in Regulation and Technology from King’s College London,.
Spoke over the past two years on many panels in Brussels and across the EU on the digital single market (esp. on copyright reform, audiovisual reform and platforms' liability).
