Małgosia Rybak joined the Cepi team, representing the European paper industry, as a Climate Change and Energy Director at the beginning of 2021. She is a dynamic public affairs professional with broad experience in energy, environment, and sustainability policy at the European level. In her new role, she brings substantial expertise to Cepi's work on the upcoming “Fit for 55” legislative package and innovation for industrial transition under the European Green Deal.
Before joining Cepi, Małgosia’s work focused on the climate framework at several European associations, a global consultancy, and in the environment policy section of the Permanent Representation of Poland to the EU.
