Liliana Jubilut has a PhD in International Law from Universidade de São Paulo, a Master in International Law from the same institution, and an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from NYU School of Law. She was a Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School and a Visiting Fellow at the Refugee Law Initiative, and has taken summer courses at Harvard University and the University of Oxford. She has been working (both practically and academically) on refugee issues since 1999 and in the area of human rights since 2000. She has worked with NGOs, governmental institutions, international institutions and academia. She has published nationally and internationally in various mediums and spoken in multiple fora and to diverse audiences.
