She is a graduate of the LSE, University of Economics, Solvay Business School and Kingstown College. During her EU policy career she specialised in policies for equality, Brexit, e-government and post-pandemic recovery. In parallel, Lucia started sharing her stand for transformation of humanity through the aligned power of extraordinary women. She crafted keynotes and participatory conversations for international organisations, businesses, political parties and NGOs, including the European institutions, German Marshall Fund or European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
