Building upon her extensive experience in education and programme development, Kelsey leads the education initiatives at The Good Lobby. Her work includes designing and delivering impactful educational programmes such as The Good Lobby Climate Incubator, The Good Lobby EU Masterclass and lobbying workshops.
Before joining The Good Lobby, Kelsey honed her expertise in policy and advocacy through roles at the OECD Development Centre and NYU School of Law. Her career spans multiple NGOs addressing several policy issues in Paris, Boston, and New York, where she developed a deep understanding of social justice challenges and how to address them through education and advocacy.
Kelsey holds a Master of Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she focused specifically on gender analysis in the frame of human rights law, which underscores her commitment to supporting women and gender diverse people, and her ability to bridge complex policy landscapes with practical, educational tools to drive meaningful change.
