Kenia Denoyés is the Vice-president, Deputy General Counsel and DPO- EMEA of Hanesbrands Inc., a Fortune 500 company and socially responsible manufacturer. She is a member of The European Network for Women in Leadership.
She moved from her home country El Salvador to France in 2011 to work as legal counsel for international affairs of a leading advertising company. She assisted in the acquisition of a majority stake in the major Latin American outdoor advertising group at the time. Kenia was appointed Chief Legal Counsel for the region, and relocated to Sao Paulo, Brazil. She returned to France in 2015 to assume her current role with HbI.
Kenia majored in law in El Salvador, in 2002. She has a Master’s degree in Digital laws from the Université Panthéon-Assas and has attended Harvard Law School's program on negotiation workshops. In 2015, the El Salvador Ministry of Foreign Affairs recognized her as one of the country’s “Successful Expatriate Women”. In 2018, “Estrategia & Negocios”, a leading finance and business publication in Central America, featured her as one of the “50 Most Daring Women in Central America”. She and her husband are passionate runners and happy parents to a first grader.
