Driven by a strong personal belief that organisations need to communicate better on sustainability, Kathryn set up Sustainability Consult in 2008. She built a strong culture around doing good work and making a difference, founding initiatives like Green Drinks Brussels and The Good Library.
Kathryn built the firm's global biomaterials practice and gave a TEDx talk on Bioplastics Fantastic in Ghent in 2016. After taking time out to reflect and learn new skills in 2017, she returned in 2018 to launch the firm's Sustainability Advisory service.
Today, Kathryn guides the firm's business relationships and advises companies on strategy and engagement. She shares the Sustainability Consult story as an entrepreneur and female founder and she helps inspire the Team and the community. She is an Ambassador for 1% for the Planet and an active volunteer and Board member of her local Natuurpunt group. She is a devoted member of the Happy Startup School.
