Greetings from Helsinki! My name is Kamilla Sultanova and I help grow eco-systems, movements and networks for change in the Nordics and Central Asia.
I am an entrepreneur and keynote speaker based in Helsinki, Finland and I run ConnectUz, a culturally responsive workforce consulting company. Having spoken in 15 countries reaching 40k audience, I help activating employees in corporate, public and nonprofit sector toward civic engagement, experimentation, inclusive leadership and cultural innovation.
I have worked in both private and public sector and act as a bridge to both. Working across various industries and change in the Nordics, I know that social capital is a positive driver for change in today's reality.

I ignite others to engage and experience playful, spontaneous, emotional connection on screen, while learning to address urgent topics. Pandemic made inequality, inequity and need to collaborate visible and while we all suffer zoom and screen fatigue I have a way to bring joy back to the working environment with multi-disciplinary workshops with artists.
My passion is to make diversity and inclusion for innovation, talent recruitment and inclusive leadership wanted, personal and valuable. I train executives, policy makers, fellow entrepreneurs, HR professionals internationally about the importance of collaboration, workforce diversity and social capital for better earning, working and living.
