With over 20 years of experience leading institutional transformation, collaborative governance, and capacity-building programmes across Europe, I have worked extensively with the European Commission as a coach and designer of large-scale programmes during moments of major transition, including the post-COVID recovery. I was recognized as a key expert in communication and collaboration, having led initiatives followed by over 750 managers and 5,000 staff. I also designed and delivered high-impact training programmes in areas ranging from digital competence to leadership, always with a focus on strategic alignment, inclusion, and systemic value. In 2023, I co-founded the Global Collaboration Institute to help institutions and networks build the capacity to lead change with clarity and shared responsibility. I have since supported cities, schools, organisations, and innovative communities across Europe. My work has consistently integrated vision with grounded implementation—helping bridge policy ambitions with human-centered, operational realities.
