I'm a communications strategist ensuring narratives translate into comms strategies that drive impact for organisations.
In Brussels, I have successfully led strategic communications and advocacy at Eurochild and the European Social Network. More recently she was behind the strategy and public affairs at Savion Ray working with industry stakeholders to shape and boost their narratives and communication strategies.
My strength is grasping complex policy issues to provide strategic intelligence, and translating that into communication strategies for driving impact.
I started my career working in human rights in post-war Kosovo, where I am originally from. I then moved to the UK to work in European social policy, and life took me to New York where I started my own business as a photographer. When back to Europe I ended up working in luxury travel and retail while building campaigns supporting refugees. After a decade of avoiding boring Brussels, Brexit brings me here and as life has a way of surprising us - I get to know Brussels better and I absolutely LOVE it here.
My strength is building narratives and moderating panels addressing difficult issues. I have a way of asking the difficult questions with directness and kindness that seems to work.
