Jennifer has been working with NGOs at both the EU and international level for the previous 10 years in international development and now in the field of anti-corruption. Benefitting from a career in both private and non-profit sectors, well-rounded experience, multicultural environments, and leadership roles, she brings a diverse viewpoint to any team. Underpinning her success is a passion for people and empowering performance. Using an approachable, hands-on and non-hierarchical leadership style, she build sustainable, high-performing teams by encouraging and championing diversity in hires, ideas and perspectives.

Jennifer has been working with Transparency International EU since 2019 deepening her knowledge of corruption and transparency and her work now focuses on overseeing the finance, human resources, fundraising and administration of the office.

Previously, Jennifer was the Finance & Resources Manager at Twin & Twin Trading, where she oversaw all office operations as well as the financial management of the charity side, TWIN. She holds a Bachelor's in international studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC).
