2021 started with a big change: I temporarily changed my job as Senior Press Officer/ Senior Speechwriter at the euro crisis fund ESM in Luxembourg for an assignment in the speechwriters team of Germany’s Federal President in Berlin.

The European Stability Mechanism is the euro crisis fund, our brand is crisis.

In the midst of the pandemic, I am experiencing an exciting change of perspectives: from speeches in English for a technocratic audience to speeches in German for citizens, from speeches about financial aid to speeches about democracy, from speeches about value to speeches about values.

In the so-called “Brussels bubble”, I combined my expertise in communication with my expertise in policy work, for 27 EU countries - at the ESM, I deepened this expertise in a senior position, for the 19 euro area countries.

I hold a post-graduate advanced research certificate in International Economic Policy, double-diploma (MSc) in European Economics, double-diploma (BA) in management and international economics, and a degree (BA) in marketing and communication.
