I am a professional in EU data and tech policy, who has experience as a diplomat in the EU Council (working on GDPR, adequacy decisions, e-evidence, EU accession to ECHR, fundamental rights, etc.) and Justice Vice-Minister in Lithuania (working on legal system development, data protection reform, consumer protection reform, intellectual property reform, EU law). In my career, I mainly focus on data related policies, in particular, data protection, data flows, digital trade, fundamental rights, and B2B software. Currently, I work at a trade association that unites global B2B software companies.
