Hanna Deringer is a Policy Analyst at ECIPE. Her work focuses on trade policy issues. She has a particular research interest in the area of non-tariff measures (NTMs)/regulatory trade barriers and regulatory cooperation. Furthermore, she is interested in the particularities of trade in global value chains (GVCs) and multilateral trade relations at the WTO. In her former professional experience she has also developed a strong interest in trade relations with and between developing countries (EPAs, regional economic communities) and how trade can contribute to their development.
