I’m a qualified auditor and chartered accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Milan, I founded AVM as a company specialising in advisory and the management of private equity investment funds.
I’m a Full Professor of Economics and Business Management at Bergamo University and a former Associate Professor at Bocconi University, Milan. As well as being a member of the Scientific Committee of the Kilometro Rosso Technology Park and member of the Scientific Committee of the journals “La valutazione delle aziende” and “IRTop”, I am also director of the Entrepreneurial-Lab – university centre for the analysis of entrepreneurial behaviour. I was a director of Brembo S.p.A. from 1992 to 2014. I have extensive knowledge of Italy’s management circles and vast experience in assisting companies and groups with growth strategies.
