I'm a mentor and executive coach and i create and lead programs to equip businesses, executives, and management teams with the necessary skills and tools to support business growth and leadership development. I assess client needs and objectives and deliver tailored solutions to overcome their development barriers and advance their professional careers. My work as a coach is based on maintaining current industry knowledge in order to execute global consulting programs appropriate for each client and their related market. I'm also the Managing Director of Interact Business Communications, a consulting company in Bucharest, Romania. I believe I had the opportunity to exercise a lot of courage in leading my company through the highs and lows of the economic cycles since 2000 and the drive to excel has always pushed me to learn and reinvent myself everyday and inspire those around me to do the same.
With an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and 10+ years of experience in executive coaching, I have been one of the coaches of Cartier Women's Initiative Awards (open to women-run, for-profit businesses in any country working to create strong social impact). I coached the North America award winner for 2017 and the MENA winner for 2018. My other coaching projects target executives across all the major industries and different countries. I am a member of the board of AVE (Association for Values in Education), AMCOR (Romanian Management Consultancies Association), a member of the Romanian Human Resources Club, Romanian Business Leaders Foundation, Professional Women's Network in Romania and I've recently started my activity as the PWN Global Mentoring Vice President. I have been a mentor for entrepreneurs in Romania, for professional women of the PWN Romania, and an angel for the mentors of this network. I've also been invited to give speeches at several corporate events organized in Romania by Oracle, Adobe, BearingPoint. As a recent project, I have designed a unique leadership program for top executives: Journey to Your Inner Self (based on the concept of an initiatory journey aimed at creating self-reflective leaders).
