Consultant at CEIS-European Office since 2017, I worked in several European projects (BODEGA, PREDICT) and am currently running the ISF project ENFORCE, to create and test a curriculum for law enforcement officers fighting against cybercrime.

I currently manage research studies and projects for various European institutions and entities such as DG Home, DG ECHO and ENISA. I supervise the conduct of desktop research, market analysis and technologies assessment activites.

These experiences allowed me to develop strong understanding of the challenges pertaining the digital transformation of strategic sectors such as Defence and Security.

I hold a master’s degree in Geopolitics and International Relations from the Paris Catholic Institute and the Geneva Global Studies Institute, where I first developed my focus on
Defence and Security. As an intern at Science-Po Research Centre (CERI), I worked on French cyber defence policy.
