Femke has over a decade of experience in the EU's climate and energy policies and is currently Climate and Energy Manager at the European Insulation Manufacturers Association (Eurima). Before joining Eurima, Femke worked as a Policy Director at NGO Carbon Market Watch, as a political advisor in the European Parliament and as a researcher for an environmental consultancy. An econometrician by training, Femke is deeply motivated about advancing climate protection through systemic change. She also enjoys travelling and playing the piano.
