Fayrouze has a solid experience in EU and French competition laws, both as an advisor and litigator.
Fayrouze handles strategic issues in relation to competition law and thereby assists companies, at all stages of their development, in the analysis of their competitive environment, their practices in order to serve their internal and external growth objectives or as a defensive mean through the use of competition law tools.
Her practice covers the three areas of competition law i.e. antitrust (anticompetitive agreements and abuse of dominant position), mergers and State aids.
Multisectorial by nature, her practice is nonetheless particularly strong in the financial, technology and energy sector where she handled highly complex and technical cases. She has a deep knowledge of the R&D sector and a strong presence in startup and SME's ecosystems.
Her activity not only covers advisory and transactional matters but also pre-litigation and litigation at French, European and international levels, notably for the purpose of multijurisdictional merger filings.
Fayrouze assists, represents and advises startups and major companies. She also assists industrial companies as well as investment funds and financial institutions.
Before joining Artemont, Fayrouze worked in leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, in Paris and Brussels where she notably had an experience at the European Commission, and more recently in the competition team of DLA Piper.
