The last 3 years I worked (part-time) on different European projects that focused on co-creating products and services with users and passengers by involving them in the various stages of product and service development. At the moment I’m involved in the EU-funded projects CIPTEC and TMaaS, where I provide the consortium knowledge on stakeholders’ expectations and demands through research, consultancy and advisory work. Besides that, I like to provide policy advice.
