Economist and Regulatory Analyst with a background in applied microeconomics, working in the telecommunications sector. Experience in an academic research as well as a corporate and regulated company environment and of conducting industry, economic and policy analysis. Currently based in Brussels working as a Senior Analyst at Cullen International monitoring telecommunications policy and regulation at the EU level and in Ireland. Before joining Cullen International, I worked as the in-house Regulatory Economist for the former Irish incumbent eir and acted as the company representative in Brussels.
