I am a leadership and inclusion coach. My belief is that we, human beings, are all capable of stepping into our leadership. Leadership comes in all forms and shapes and is unique to each individual. As a coach and a leader I bring out the leader in you.

I also speak, advocate and testify on transgender and intersex topics and related issues. To protect intersex human rights, I co-founded Intersekse Vlaanderen, a NGO dedicated to build an Intersex Inclusive world.

Furthermore, I donate 10% of my margin to support projects that further the inclusion agenda. In short: for every euro (dollar, pound, roebel, yen, roepie...) I make serving you, you contribute 10 cents to building an inclusive world.

As to credentials: I hold an MBA from SDA Bocconi, I’m a certified and accredited life & leadership coach (CPCC (CTI), ACC (ICF), Leadership Graduate (CTI)), and certified to work with DISC (Platinum Rule) as well as Barrett’s Cultural Transformation Tools (CTC from Barrett Value Center).

Also I serve on the Boards of (1) AFS Vlaanderen, creating intercultural learning experiences for our youth; (2) Intersekse Vlaanderen, defending the human rights of our community; and (3) GenderMojo, a transgender resilience-building platform
