Ellen is a Dominican lawyer and diplomat currently working at the Mission of the Dominican Republic to the European Union in Brussels. She has been practicing law since 2005 in the fields of communications and IT industries, advising European and international clients on regulatory, litigation, commercial and consumer issues. Her expertise also covered advice in legal issues related to computer law, data protection, retention, privacy, cyber security and e-commerce. As a member of the Dominican Foreign Service, she specializes on multilateral diplomacy both at regional and international level. She fluent in Spanish, French and English.
