Passionate of culture and public policy, I hold a BS in Economics and Management of Arts, Culture and Communication complemented by a MS in Economics and Management of Public Administrations and International Institutions from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy). During my Master, I spent six months at the Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan as visiting student within the Global Governance Program. During my studies I also gained a first-hand experience in working within cultural organisations, including a six-month internship at the Peggy Guggenheim Collection in Venice, Italy.

In 2010 I moved to Brussels, where I have been working on EU funding and policy as project manager/bid writer in the fields of development and dooperation (DEVCO / EuropeAid projects) and later in Research and Innovation (FP7, Horizon 2020 programs) for more than 5 years.

I am currently senior consultant and researcher at KEA European Affairs. At KEA, my interests focus on cultural heritage; public policies for the audio-visual sector; digitization and transmedia; urban and regional development through culture, tourism and creative industries; culture and international development policy. I have been involved in several study research and analysis including literature review, mapping of stakeholders, elaboration of policy recommendations (examples include the study “Mapping the Creative Value Chains – A Study on the Economy of Culture in the Digital Age” for DG EAC, 2017) as well as proposal writing for EU-funded programs (Horizon 2020, INTERREG, URBACT, Creative Europe).
