Elene Panchulidze is a Programme Coordinator at the European Endowment for Democracy (EED) working on the Eastern Partnership countries. She has extensive experience as a researcher and political analyst, including currently as an Affiliated Policy Analyst at the Georgian Institute of Politics (GIP) and an Affiliated Researcher at PMC Research Center. She was previously a Political Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia carrying out a comprehensive analysis of events in the country. Ms. Panchulidze has published extensively on democracy, civil society empowerment, disinformation, and Georgia’s European integration, and led many international projects on these issues. Elene holds a Masters’ degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges – where she also worked as an Academic Assistant after graduating. She did her first master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Politics at Tbilisi State University. In the framework of the latter, she spent a semester at the University of Tartu researching European Union-Russia relations.
