I am a public affairs professional specialized in tech policy, in particular the regulation of e-commerce platforms and competition policy. I am currently managing Glovo's engagement in Central Eastern Europe, where I lead public affairs in eight markets in the region. Previously, I was working in EU affairs in Brussels for eBay, focusing on topics related to product safety, intellectual property rights, platform regulation and competition policy.
I have experience in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications and advocacy campaigns. My experience has been acquired both in-house and in public affairs consultancies, in Brussels, by working with leading companies in several policy areas, in particular digital, energy, healthcare and consumer goods.
I hold an Advanced MA degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe and a MA in European Public Affairs from Maastricht University, as well as a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University. I speak English, French, Romanian, Portuguese and Spanish.
