I started my career as an oncologist psychologist. I realised that I wanted to help society not only on microlevel, but also on macrolevel. I therefore pursued an MBA with a clear mission to help society to create an environment where everyone feels included and can benefit from the potential of diversity. I am currently a researcher and corporate consultant on this subject, where I am focused on understanding microaggressions and their impact on career ambitions, performance and wellbeing.
