Deborah is a multilingual strategist with international experience currently working as a strategy consultant for delaware.

Her previous experience lays in TMT where she focused on transformational programmes, i.a. developing
the corporate strategy for one of the world's largest telecom players. Furthermore, she worked on organisational transformations with a focus on digital.

Using a pragmatic approach, Deborah is skilled in positively influencing and driving consensus across C-level management.

Deborah used to be a board member of BT's Gender Equality Network and is currently a big advocate of equal and women's rights at her current employer (delaware).
